Although I appreciate the landscapes and wildlife of Jackson, WY, I am most enamored with BIRDS. Not only do I love their colorful plumage and postures, but I appreciate how tough they are, often traveling thousands of miles between seasons. Of particular interest to me, though, is the exploration of negative space and of course my colorful and quirky compositions.

Jill Auerbach lives in Jackson, WY. She studied painting and printmaking in Oaxaca, Mexico, New York City at the Art Student's League and in Brattleboro, VT. She paints on etching papers and stretch canvas using oil paints with cold wax.
