Monte Roberson currently resides amidst the stunning landscapes of Star Valley in western Wyoming. With drawing as a constant presence throughout his childhood and adult life, art has been a lifelong journey for him. Since an early age, he has nurtured a deep passion for creative pursuits—particularly those inspired by the natural world, the American West, and the classical style of the old masters.

Monte has always loved the outdoors and the rugged beauty of the Rocky Mountain region. His favorite hobbies include exploring Wyoming trails, hiking in the Wind River mountains, spending time in nature soaking up scenic views and wildlife, and enjoying outdoor adventures with family and friends. Personal experiences, like travels across the American West and time spent in places such as the Rockies, have greatly influenced and enriched his creative work.
